Maybelle Jadotte

Maybelle, over her 10+ year tenure in government, has held key roles in Homeland Security, the Office of Emergency Management, and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, focusing on security, resilience, and finance.

Most recently, she served as the Senior Manager of Business Continuity and Resilience for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In this role, she was responsible for developing business continuity and resiliency programs to assess threats, lead planning, and implement recovery strategies. Since 2012, she has spearheaded the advancement of technology for the agency’s crisis communications efforts. She oversaw the comprehensive review and updates of all the Port Authority’s business continuity plans and implemented a world-class communications system across all Port Authority facilities, including major airports in the Tri-State Area. Throughout her career, Mrs. Jadotte has served in leadership positions within the incident command structure, handling crises such as the NYC Blackout, Hurricane Sandy, Hurricane Maria, the COVID-19 pandemic, and numerous named winter storms.


In addition to her public sector work, Maybelle serves as the Executive Director of a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit, Haiti Pathway Forward. This nonpartisan consortium of private citizens, community leaders, faith-based groups, business leaders, former U.S. military leaders, international institutions, and national security and development experts is dedicated to effecting fundamental changes in international policies towards Haiti and Haitians worldwide.


Maybelle serves an executive position at a global fintech firm and provides consultation to governments and businesses on national security, organizational resilience, mission support, and technology innovation.

She excels in policy development, training, and development. As a motivational and influential leader and collaborator, she has a proven track record in guiding programs and facilitating productive organizational change. Recognized as an out-of-the-box thinker, she is committed to empowering communities and nontraditional actors to build resilience, develop capacity, and harness the power of diasporas to drive transformative growth in their home countries.

Maybelle Jadotte holds degrees and certifications from Harvard University’s National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, Metropolitan College of New York, Universidad de Autónoma de Chile, and Brooklyn College.
